For owners that live locally and have someone managing operations (cleaning, maintenance, etc) ForeShore can handle your reservations, process the money through ForeShore or you can use ForeShore website and create your online reservation system linked with VRBO and HomeAway. Reservations reserved through ForeShore, come with a damage waiver protection as part of each reservation and optional trip insurance.
ForeShore's Vacation Reservation Service is 18-22% of the gross reservation, depending on seervices.
ForeShore's VRBO services is perfect for folks that live locally or out of the area and manage their own reservations, but need help with operations. ForeShore can coordinate departure cleanings, handle maintenance issues, emergency calls, lock-outs, meeting contractors, deep cleaning, and everything related to the management of a home or villa on Hilton Head.
Rates are either per event, per project or hourly. All rates are agreed to and contracted by owner and ForeShore prior to any work getting started.
